Full time position

Title – Client Processing Controller (CPC).
Salary Basic -£20k rising to £21,500k after probation, plus bonus OTE £24k

XP processing is an outsourcing processing centre that works predominately within the financial services sector, offering business solutions and support to firms either wanting to create, increase or develop client routes. Our service is bespoke, depending upon customer requirements from initial client creation to end goal results; using advanced customer relationship management (CRM) systems, technical and compliance support with long standing introductory networks. XP’s management team has over 60 years’ experience within this field.

 

Description

We offer full training, both initial and ongoing, to the correct applicant enabling them to offer the information and professional service required. Our CRM systems track the client’s individual needs, interacting with you to ensure compliant process. We work within both UK and international markets where regulation may differ, meaning that scripts must be adhered to; with call recordings used to help individual training requirements.

Weekly feedback is given, alongside bi-monthly reviews, regulatory training and annual appraisals.

 

Requirements

Excellent communication skills are a must, alongside a professional and positive attitude. You must be able to demonstrate good IT understanding, attention to detail with the desire to keep XP as the market leader in its field. We have 5 core values which must be adhered to continually.

Our clients MUST be treated to the highest possible standard, meaning we train to a level that is unequalled within the industry on product knowledge & processing skills but most importantly attitude. You need to be naturally hard working, because in addition to your basic wage, the bonus structure is very rewarding.

 

Hours

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. You will be required to work shifts of up to 40 hours within these times.
