Role: Client Processing Controller (CPC)
Salary: Basic – £20k rising to £21,500 after probation, plus bonus OTE £24k

XP Processing is an outsourcing processing company working predominately within the financial services sector, offering business solutions and support to firms wanting to create, increase or develop client routes. Our service is bespoke, depending upon customer requirements, from initial client creation to end goal. We service long standing introductory networks with sales, technical and compliance support using advanced customer relationship management (CRM) systems. XP’s management team has over 60 years’ experience within this field, proudly boasting a client list of major high street banks and financial houses.
Description
We are currently recruiting to add additional CPC’s to our existing experienced team. We believe in longevity of staff with a clear progression path for the right applicant. Full training, both initial and ongoing is provided to ensure the correct applicant is trained to offer the information and professional service that our clients expect. This is followed up with daily training, quarterly appraisals, regulatory training and annual examinations which determine status and pay levels. We work within both UK and international markets where regulation may differ, meaning that scripts must be adhered to; with call recordings used to help individual training requirements.
Our goal is to provide our clients a service for their customers that exceeds the levels and conversions they could attain themselves.
Requirements
A friendly, clear and outgoing approach, alongside excellent communication skills are a must, as are a professional and positive attitude. You must be able to demonstrate good IT understanding, attention to detail and a desire to keep XP as the market leader in its field. We have 5 core values which must be adhered to continually.
Whilst existing telephone or financial experience is a benefit it is not the only factor we look for. Our existing team have come from many different fields but share the same trait of not being afraid of hard work. We expect our CPC’s to be diligent and wanting to be rewarded financially to the same level as the effort they put in.
You need to be naturally hard working, because in addition to your basic wage, the bonus structure is very rewarding.
Hours
Our opening hours are: Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm.
Full Time:- You will be required to work shifts of up to 40 hours within these times.
Part Time:- You will be required to work at least 10 hours per week on a shift basis within these times including early evening work.
